What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your status directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
Are Traya products safe for long-term use?
Absolutely. Our products are formulated using a blend of Ayurvedic herbs and scientifically backed ingredients that are designed to be safe for long-term integration into your daily routine.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Please ensure the packaging remains unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
