Return Process

  Our support team will review your request and photos of the sealed packaging to ensure the items meet our safety and hygiene standards for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the unused items in their original box with all labels intact to prevent damage during the reverse transit process.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned kit, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
